Building technology
companies.

Working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, healthcare and business — turning ambitious ideas into thoughtfully designed technology ventures.

THE FOUNDER — SAMARTH KANDEKAR

Building with purpose.
Thinking beyond products.

I am an entrepreneur focused on building technology ventures at the intersection of artificial intelligence, healthcare and business.

My interest in healthcare technology emerged from observing the everyday challenges families face when navigating minor health concerns. That observation led to the exploration of VelCura Health in October 2025.

Today, I lead VelCura Health as Founder & CEO, developing an early-stage vision for connected patient and clinical workflows. My work extends beyond product development into market research, business models, product strategy and venture building.

Alongside VelCura, I explore AI-powered business workflows through Adflow OS. I continue to deepen my understanding of healthcare AI and entrepreneurship through structured learning and practical execution.

FOUNDER PHILOSOPHY

Technology matters most when it solves a meaningful problem and creates lasting value.

02 STRATEGIC FOCUS · APPLIED AI · VENTURE ARCHITECTURE

Technology as a
foundation for ventures.

Core architectural pillars I deploy across companies—operating at the intersection of applied AI, full-stack systems, and disciplined B2B distribution.

A LIVING STRATEGY JOURNAL

Decisions behind
the build.

Questions, options, and current hypotheses. These notes describe thinking in progress—not claimed outcomes.

01Why explore two connected product directions?
The question

How might a patient-facing starting point connect with clinic-facing workflow support?

Options considered

One broad experience; two separate products; or two focused directions designed around a shared care journey.

Strategic reasoning

Patients and care teams have different needs. Keeping the directions distinct can make those needs easier to understand while preserving a potential connection.

Current hypothesis

Explore a patient platform and clinic intelligence direction as complementary product concepts.

Still to validate

Test workflow fit, user needs, and the practical value of connecting the two directions.

02Why does healthcare AI need clinician oversight?
The question

Where can AI assist without displacing clinical judgement?

Options considered

Automated recommendations; workflow assistance with review; or non-clinical administrative support.

Strategic reasoning

Healthcare decisions carry real consequences. Clear review points and role boundaries are central to a responsible product direction.

Current hypothesis

Use AI to organise and summarise information for practitioner review, not as an autonomous diagnostician or prescriber.

Still to validate

Review safety, usability, data governance, and clinical workflows with qualified practitioners.

03Why do clinic workflows deserve dedicated software?
The question

Can general-purpose tools support structured intake and visit preparation well enough?

Options considered

Adapt general tools; build a focused workflow layer; or defer product investment until needs are clearer.

Strategic reasoning

Intake, history, review, and follow-up form a connected workflow that should be evaluated in its real care context.

Current hypothesis

Explore clinic-facing software around structured intake and clinician-reviewed information.

Still to validate

Map actual workflows and test whether a focused tool improves clarity without adding burden.

04How could a subscription create recurring value?
The question

What ongoing value could support a recurring commercial relationship?

Options considered

Subscription; usage-based pricing; service-supported model; or another approach shaped by the buyer and workflow.

Strategic reasoning

Pricing should follow durable customer value, delivery costs, and the real purchasing context.

Current hypothesis

A subscription is one model to explore, not a selected or validated pricing decision.

Still to validate

Research buyer preferences, willingness to pay, cost to serve, and procurement requirements.

05Why does distribution matter as much as product development?
The question

How will the product reach and earn trust with the people it is designed for?

Options considered

Direct outreach; partnerships; institutional channels; or a focused combination informed by research.

Strategic reasoning

A useful product still needs a credible path to adoption, implementation, and continued use.

Current hypothesis

Treat distribution and partnerships as part of product strategy from the beginning.

Still to validate

Identify decision makers, buying paths, implementation constraints, and repeatable acquisition routes.
